At Rang-e-Khushboo, we take pride in the quality of our fragrances and your satisfaction means everything to us. We aim to ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we only accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong product (wrong fragrance or quantity)
  • The product was damaged or leaked during delivery
  • The product was missing from your order

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, dislike of fragrance, or if the seal is broken.

2. How to Request a Return

If your order qualifies for return:

  1. Contact us within 2 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging
  3. Use one of the following contact methods:

Our support team will review your request and guide you accordingly.

3. Refund Policy

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Therefore, refunds are handled in the following ways:

  • If a product is out of stock or undeliverable, we will notify you and cancel the item. No charges will apply.
  • If you return a damaged or incorrect product and it’s approved, we will:
    • Offer an exchange, or
    • Issue a voucher/store credit for future use

Cash refunds are not offered due to the limitations of COD.

4. Conditions for Rejection

We reserve the right to reject a return or refund request if:

  • The request is made after 2 days of delivery
  • The product has been used, opened, or unsealed
  • The damage is due to misuse or mishandling
  • Photos or order proof is not provided

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is not eligible, the shipping fee will not be reimbursed.
